BeiJing

After a series of late night hanging out with my mates I was determined to actually sleep early for a change. You know, just rest the body mind and soul for a little. But every single night, there bounds to be a program or my friends will be calling me out for a yum-cha session. Just last night, I met up with a dear old friend who came back from Australia with a few other wonderful new friends. At the back of my mind I know that I have to head for the airport at 4am the next day but well, that didnt really stop me from hanging out with them.

I got back home at 1am and headed straight for the bed only to be woken up moments later. I dragged myself to get dressed and headed straight for the door. Upon reaching LCCT, I was rather shock to see the amount of people already there in the wee hours of the morning rushing for their flights. Well, it was my first time in LCCT and I was like a wondering lost soul there asking people for directions. Thank god, I manage to navigate myself without trouble to the gate and board the plane inbound for TianJin, China.

First thing I got out after a 5 hours ordeal in a bloody cramp AirAsiaX seat was the cold cold wind blowing me as they are welcoming to China. It was -6 when I touch down and its sooo soo cold! I couldnt even feel my face after exposing a good 5 minutes outdoor. I boarded the bus and after another 2 hours I manage to get my ass to the BEIJING! yay!! The jam was massive! I meant it! Here I was thinking that where can we get better drivers than Malaysians but you should see the way this CHinese drives! I was like WTF the whole entire journey. Im not joking! Drivers were making a U-turn from the outer lane into the inner lane all the way to the oncoming traffic! People were reversing on the highway even its a one way street with cars behind! My eyes were popping out and all of a sudden I feel very insecure in the car. The drivers were bumper to bumper, and the distance between the car im in and the one beside me was like just a few inches. Hardly enough space for me to even open the door and get out. It was a massive sandwhich.

I am suprised I reached my destination without actually having an accident. I am already starving like a zombie ready to go on a human flesh fest. (had not eaten for 24 hours!!) Thank god 2 wonderful friends brought me to eat some bloody awesome korean food!! everything was delicious~ maybe I was bloody hungry.

Another thing unique in CHina is the ability to spit. This chinese really can spit. They spit as if they own the whole road and if you were some sort of invinsible being. I was horrified by their actions and to make it worst the cold weather is not helping at all, within minutes the spit froze to solid ice and as you walk down the road you can see loads of frozen spots here and there. Disgusting!

Its getting late now, so Im heading for the bed. Will let you readers know more about my experience soon k? Till then~ Peace out
